PASKAL

Paskal fashion brand was founded in 2010 by Ukrainian born designer Yulia Paskal.
She is a graduate architector and her strict view on fashion embodies minimalistic
clear cut and sculptural forms. Brand’s collections are inspired by retro movies,
classical music and personal reflections about everyday life and postmodern culture.
Graphic silhouettes, monochrome gamma, intelligent details and craftwork make
Paskal’s clothes unique with their strange silent beauty.

The collection Paskal showed offered this answer in a well-balanced and edited collection where covered up balanced strapless, elaborate cutwork shine was next to pieces with just a hint of metallic and easy pants contrasted with sexy knee length straight skirts.  The draped elements within the collection would benefit from further development since they pointed in a different and more complex structure direction from the metallic pieces. Mature and confident in her editing this collection already shows a maturity of approach which makes us want to see how this designer develops in the coming seasons.”

In summer 2011 Julia Paskal opened her store in Odessa, -D-A-S-H-, where she sells clothes of Ukrainian designers.
